I've got a new product that you can download and use for free.  Debugger Visualizers are enhancements to Visual Studio .NET 2005 that allow you to get alternative views of objects while debugging.

With my Debugger Visualizers, you can set a watch for a COM object (System.__ComObject) and view detailed information about the object. Specifically, it will tell you what type of COM object you're dealing with and you can also find out what COM interfaces the object supports.

There is a readme.pdf in the download that has more information and installation instructions.
